  • Must possess any one of the following computer qualifications:
    • NIELIT O Level / CCC
    • COPA / DPCS
    • Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Computer Science or Computer Application
    • 12th with Computer subject
    • Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science
    • RSCIT or any equivalent government-recognized qualification
  • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script.
