Application Fee
All candidates must pay Rs. 100 as application fee. Payment modes include Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, and Mobile Wallet.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, or related fields from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in food analysis and must have passed the Food Analyst Examination conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Age Limits (as on 01 August 2026):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years (UR Male)
- Maximum Age: 40 years (UR Female)
- Maximum Age: 40 years (BC/EBC Male & Female)
- Maximum Age: 42 years (SC/ST Male & Female)
Age relaxation is applicable as per Bihar BTSC rules.
